Hi, I’m Shelly. A former marketing leader turned leadership coach, I help women and marginalized professionals navigate leadership with strategy, empathy, and authenticity. I fell in love with coaching after completing my training with the Co-Active Training Institute and witnessing and experiencing the powerful transformation it can bring.

I spent over 20 years in corporate marketing, building campaigns, shaping strategy, and navigating the unspoken rules of leadership as a woman of color in spaces not built for me.

Now, I coach high-achieving women who are ready to rise without compromising who they are.
